How does our referral service work
We investigate present and prior employment references, personal references, DMV records, proof of car insurance, valid driving license, school transcripts, ECE units, TB clearance and First Aid/CPR certification. 
All of our nannies are required to be fingerprinted and Trustline registered.

Each of our candidates are personally interviewed by our Director of Recruitment and required to fill out an intensive capability questionnaire on many aspects of childhood education and child safety, which they will then provide to you @ time of interview. All the candidates references are contacted. We then compile an online profile package and make a referral to the family with whom they are most compatible. 
You may browse as many candidates profiles as you feel necessary before choosing a selection to interview.

Your family contact information is not divulged to the candidate, so it is at your discretion to call any of the nannies you feel will be suitable for your needs.

After choosing a suitable candidate, we recommend a phone interview to begin the process, followed by a personal interview to observe the nanny interacting with your children.

A paid trail period of a few days is also recommended to see how the nanny fits into your family, whilst you are there to observe and transition.

Only after one of our referrals has accepted a position in your home, will you be asked to pay a one time referral fee for our service. For peace of mind, this referral fee is covered by a 45 day nanny guarantee.
